Sue Birkam is a professional personal life coach & strategist, helping individuals to discover their personal or professional goals in the most expeditious way possible. Prior to establishing her coaching practice, Sue spent many years as Marketing, Sales & Promotion Director for a large group of newspapers. Sue is a now a graduate of Coach University, a professional worldwide coach training institution. Sue is deeply entrenched in continual learning leading to Master Coach Certification. Coach University is part of the International Coaching Federation, a self regulator of the coaching profession with a strict code of ethics. Sue offers a range of service from one on one coaching, either by phone or in person, personal assessments that assist in removing barriers and tolerations affecting forward movement to offering group tele-classes for individuals designed to enhance self-discovery and learning. Sue specializes in coaching working professionals to create the life they really want, set better goals and to achieve a more purposeful and fulfilling lives.

After a successful career in the newspaper industry in a leadership role, learning to overcome adversity with multiple setbacks, successfully parenting two children born into Generation X and then single parenting a child of Generation Y, is now coaching many professionals with children in achieving their desires, obtaining work life balance, learning to shift thinking and perspectives and recover goals put away after having children.
Sue Birkam is no stranger to Corporate America, parenting in today’s world, and knowing that time is a valuable commodity where less time is spent on us, our goals, dreams and sometimes partners or children.

Sue is currently the Vice President of Public Relations for a local toastmaster group called the Confident Communicator’s Club in Washington Twp., Michigan.

She enjoys writing poetry, short stories and children’s fiction.

Sue is devoted to the profession of coaching and is always available for her clients.
